Díla chráněná autorským zákonem jsou při čtení označená speciálním pruhem s textem „Dílo nedostupné na trhu“, základní identifikací uživatele a datem.
While viewing, works protected by copyright law are marked with a special bar containing the text “Dílo nedostupné na trhu", basic user identification and date.
- Uživatel je oprávněn číst díla označená textem „Dílo nedostupné na trhu“ (dále DNNT).

Uživatel je povinen chovat se při využívání DNNT tak, aby nemohlo dojít k porušení nebo ohrožení:
- osobnostních práv,
- autorskomajetkových práv autora, dědiců a vykonavatelů práv k dílu.

Uživatel nesmí:
- narušovat bezpečnost, celistvost a obecně provoz DNNT,
- strojově vytěžovat DNNT,
- stahovat, ukládat, kopírovat, rozšiřovat a poskytovat dalším osobám (elektronicky nebo v tištěné podobě) díla DNNT, k nimž získal přístup po přihlášení,
- užít pro podnikání nebo jiné hospodářské účely díla DNNT, k nimž získal přístup po přihlášení.

Uživateli bude zablokován účet v
případě, že bude zjištěno:
- nestandardní využití zobrazovaných děl,
- strojové vytěžování DNNT.
- Pokud se uživatel dopustí porušení podmínek užití a porušení ustanovení autorského zákona, příslušná instituce, v níž má daný uživatel registraci, poskytne na základě odůvodněného požadavku kolektivním správcům (DILIA, OOA-S) nebo příslušným držitelům práv veškeré potřebné údaje o uživateli a o rozsahu porušení povinností uživatele a o rozsahu vzniklé škody nebo jiné újmy.
- The user is entitled to read the works marked as "Out of Commerce Works" (hereinafter DNNT),

the user is obliged to behave
while using DNNT, so that there can be no violation
or threat:
- to personal rights,
- to copyright of the author, heirs and executors of rights to the work.

The user may not:
- compromise the security, integrity and operation of the DNNT in general,
- machine mine the DNNT,
- download, store, copy, distribute and make available to other persons (electronically or in printed form) DNNT works to which he or she has gained access after logging in,
- use for business or other economic purposes DNNT works, to which he or she has gained access after logging in.

The user's account will be blocked
if the following is revealed:
- non-standard use of displayed works,
- machine extraction DNNT.
- If the user violates the terms of use and violates the provisions of copyright law, the competent institution in which the user is registered shall, upon reasoned request, provide collective administrators (DILIA, OOA-S) or relevant rights holders with all necessary information about the user and the extent of the breach, the extent of damage done or other harm caused.
Díla zpřístupněná pro pracoviště AV ČR
Works made available for the institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences
Přístup k dokumentům označeným licencí Pracoviště AV ČR mají všichni pracovníci Akademie věd ČR, kteří se přihlásí svou identitou prostřednictvím jednoho z pracovišť Akademie věd.
All employees of the Czech Academy of Sciences who log in with their identity from one of the institutes of the CAS get access to documents marked with the license Institutes of the CAS.
Přístup k dokumentům s licencí konkrétního pracoviště AV ČR mají všichni zaměstnanci tohoto pracoviště, kteří se jeho prostřednictvím přihlásí.
Logged in employees also get access to documents made available under a license of a specific institute of the CAS.
Dokumenty jsou vždy zpřístupněny na základě licenčního ujednání mezi držitelem autorských majetkových práv a Knihovnou AV ČR, v. v. i.
Documents are always made available on the basis of a license agreement between the copyright holder and the Library of the CAS.
Uživatel je povinen chovat se při využívání licencovaných děl tak, aby nemohlo dojít k porušení nebo ohrožení osobnostních práv ani autorsko-majetkových práv autora, dědiců a vykonavatelů práv k dílu.
The user is obliged to behave when using the licensed works in such a way that the personal rights and copyrights of the author, heirs and executors of the rights to the work cannot be violated or endangered.
